Gorgeous BCBG Max Azria black and white dress with exquisite detail - new with tags! The tags show the dress was originally $218 (see pic above). Dress is 35" from top of the straps to hem, and 27" from top of the bodice to hem. Bodice is 18" across from armpit to armpit but the material is stretchy. Lovely tie waist and a bubble hem.
